Michael is the founder and Director of Watersedge Accounting Group. With extensive experience gained across public practice firms throughout Sydney and New South Wales, he has worked with individuals, investors, family groups and businesses across a diverse range of industries including construction, manufacturing, mining, retail, hospitality, health and fitness, sporting, defence forces and many more.
As a Registered Tax Agent, Michael specialises in providing practical taxation and business advice that helps clients make informed decisions and achieve long-term financial success. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering advice that is proactive and tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Michael believes great accounting is about more than preparing tax returns. It is about understanding a client’s goals, identifying opportunities and providing ongoing support as their business and wealth grow.
Although based in Lake Macquarie, Watersedge Accounting Group proudly assists clients Australia wide, making professional advice accessible wherever clients are located.

Elizabeth is our newest member of the Watersedge team. Since joining Watersedge Accounting Group, Liz has become an important part of our front office team, providing a warm and professional first point of contact for our clients.
Working across reception and administration, she manages a wide range of day-to-day administrative responsibilities that help keep our practice operating efficiently. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and friendly approach ensure our clients receive exceptional service from their very first interaction with our office.

Teleah joined Watersedge Accounting Group after building a strong foundation in customer service and leadership through her management career with McDonald’s.
Since then, Teleah has built a reputation for exceptional organisation, leadership and client service and she has progressed into a key operational role within the firm.
Today, Teleah works alongside our senior accountant as a para-accountant, assisting with accounting and taxation work while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. She coordinates workflow, supports our team, and helps ensure our clients receive prompt, professional service from start to finish.
Known for her positive attitude, efficiency and genuine care for clients, Teleah continues to expand her technical accounting knowledge and is an integral part of the Watersedge Accounting Group team.

Krystle brings more than two decades of business ownership experience, having successfully operated businesses in the hair and beauty industry from the age of 20. Her entrepreneurial background has given her a strong understanding of customer service, communication and building lasting client relationships.
At Watersedge Accounting Group, Krystle leads the firm’s marketing and community engagement initiatives while helping ensure clients enjoy a welcoming and professional experience from their very first interaction. She works behind the scenes to strengthen the firm’s brand, coordinate communications and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
Known for her approachable nature and genuine passion for people, Krystle enjoys connecting with clients and building relationships within the local community.
